Delete your data

Data on your phone

Open TRT Buddy → Settings → Privacy and security → Delete app data, confirm and tap Delete all data. This removes the encrypted database (with earlier versions), its key, app settings, scheduled reminders and temporary files. Uninstalling the app removes the database, but on iPhone the encryption key and app settings may remain in the system Keychain — use Delete app data before uninstalling to remove everything. Backups and exports you saved outside the app are not affected — delete them where you saved them.

Purchase records and offer events (RevenueCat)

RevenueCat keeps a pseudonymous record of your purchases and offer events for us. To have it deleted, copy your Support ID (Settings → Help and information → Support ID) and email support@trtbuddy.app with the subject “Delete purchase data”. If you no longer have the app, the order number from your store receipt may help us find the record. Never send lab results or ID documents to identify yourself. If you restore purchases later, a new record is created.

Correspondence

Ask us at the same address to delete our correspondence with you. We may keep a record that we handled your request, as described in the privacy policy.

App Store, Google Play and subscriptions

Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies. Deleting data or the app does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account. Cancelling does not delete data.
